    • Read an updated Accessibility Statement that lists unresolved accessibility issues in plain language.
    • Navigate with a top menu or a new sitemap.
    • Follow prompts to enter alternative text for custom logos in English and French.
    • Access an index of task-based guidance on using GC Notify.
    • Use form fields more easily with clearer error messages.
    • Benefit from many smaller accessibility improvements.

    We’re improving your experience using custom email logos. GC Notify now:

    • Allows you to select trustworthy Government of Canada branding in English or French.
    • Provides a pre-populated library of custom logos for your department or organization.
    • Allows you to preview your logo selection.
    • Provides an option to upload new custom logo.

    • Register yourself in 2 easy steps without contacting Support.
    • Select the best demo date and language for your needs, and sign up with confirmation.
    • Share the Register for a demo page with your colleagues across the Government of Canada. 
  • System status of GC Notify

    Now you can check the status of GC Notify’s system and components online. The System Status page now:

    • Allows you, at a glance, to check GC Notify’s API, website, email sending and text message sending. You’ll immediately know if each component is up, down or slow.
    • Provides notices and updates about incidents and service interruptions.
  • Sending limits for the day

    We’re helping you manage sending volume. The dashboard now:

    • Shows number of messages sent since the limit reset.
    • Indicates when your service nears the limit.
